Abilma UNITY
Abilma UNITY is a multi-modal autonomous device designed to capturing fingerprints and palm prints. Scanners image quality complies to the FBI Image Quality Specification (IQS) as defined in the Appendix F of the EFTS.
Abilma UNITY includes on-board hardware with x86-64 processor, RAM and SSD storage. It supports 3G, Wi-Fi and Ethernet networking and can be used as a remote scanner.
The scanner is able to scan palm prints, four-finger slaps and single flat and rolled fingerprints. The manufacturer specifies, that the device may optionally include external wireless module with camera and microphone for face, voice, tattoo and other evidence data capture, as well as ePassport reader. Also specified rugged IP65 enclosure with optional all-metal structure.
Support modules for fingerprint and palm print capture with this device are included in:
- MegaMatcher 13.1 SDK – includes components for template extraction from palm print images, and single or multiple fingerprint images;
- MegaMatcher On Card 13.1 SDK – includes components only for single fingerprint template extraction;
- VeriFinger 13.1 SDK – includes components for template extraction from single or multiple fingerprint images.
